Volunteer at the Tulsa Irish Festival

We’re thrilled that you’re interested in volunteering for the Tulsa Irish Festival in 2025! If you volunteered last year, welcome back! Be sure to download the Vome Volunteer app, available for both iPhones and Androids, to stay informed.

The festival will take place at Dream Keepers Park, located at 1875 S Boulder Park Dr, Tulsa, OK 74119, just south of downtown Tulsa.

Additionally, feel free to invite any friends or family to register who might want to partner with you in volunteering!

Please complete the below form if you are interested in joining Tulsa IrishFest 2025 as one of our volunteers! Please know that completion of this form does not guarantee a role with the volunteer committee.

Our volunteer schedule will be constructed in 4 hour time blocks, except Friday which will only be one shift.

Load In Week: March 3 - March 7. 8AM - 5PM each day.

Volunteers will be needed this week to help with setting up the festival. Duties will include general maintenance, hanging signage, running errands, and more. These volunteers must be 16 or older, able to drive, and should expect to be on their feet and completing tasks across festival grounds. They will report to the Executive Director.

Volunteers interested in helping during load in week should input their available hours in the text box titled "Load In Week Availability".

Festival hours for volunteers are below:

Friday Shift:
4:30PM - 10PM

Saturday Shifts:
10:30AM - 230PM
2:00PM - 6:00PM
5:30PM - 10:00PM

Sunday Shifts:
10:30AM-2:30PM
2:00PM-6:00PM
